      Biztory Community Guidelines

      We launched the Biztory Community to aid in the pursuit of our mission to build the greatest data teams around the world by helping members connect with like-minded individuals, engage with meaningful content, exchange best practices, and collaborate with our internal Biztory teams.


      The following community guidelines help you understand what it means to be a member of the Biztory Community. Your use of this community is subject to these guidelines, our Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.

       

      Rules & principles this community lives by:


      1. Be welcoming, respectful, and constructive.

      In our vibrant community, we embrace diversity and celebrate the multitude of opinions held by our members. By maintaining a positive and constructive tone, you show respect for individuals and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Make the most of people's valuable time and attention by posing well-thought-out questions and sharing your own insights. Let's foster a space where everyone's voice is heard and valued.

      2. Stay on topic.

      Please make an effort to remain focused on the topic within a specific thread and category. Take a look at the valuable content that has already been created to save yourself a lot of time and contribute to the ongoing engaging discussion.

      3. Be transparent.

      Be transparent and honest with your intentions, identity, and behavior in the community. Please use your real name with your account and never intentionally attempt to mislead other members. Collaboration is so much more fruitful when everyone comes to it with integrity and clarity.

      4. Protect privacy.

      All content shared on this public site should be suitable for all users who have access to it. Please refrain from sharing any personal information about yourself, your organization, or other individuals that you wouldn't want to see publicly displayed.

      5. Remember, this is user-generated content.

      While you'll discover a wealth of valuable advice within this community, it's important to keep in mind that your unique circumstances, setup, or approach may differ from those who have shared their solutions. Exercise the same level of discernment here as you would with information found anywhere else on the Internet.

      6. Acknowledge and appreciate others.

      Show your gratitude to those who have helped or inspired you. If you find a contribution helpful, please give it a like or accept it to solve your problem by upvoting it as the Best Answer. Likes & best answers will help boost the value of contributions, making it easier for others to discover and enhance their authors' reputation.

      7. Have fun

      Mindful of the above, let's have fun and help one another. Be curious, share ideas, and take the time to brighten someone's day.

       

      The Biztory Logo & Biztory Avatars

      You may notice that some community members have a special Avatar as a profile picture next to their names. This indicates that they are Biztory team members. Like you, they are community members, and we encourage them to share their knowledge and opinions here. Also, they're there to help you answer any question you might have.

       

      Community Feedback

      We want this to be the best community it can be - so if there is any feedback or ideas you have to improve the Biztory Community experience, we by emailing us at community@biztory.com or sending your feedback anonymously here.

       

      Guideline violations

      We want to ensure that the Biztory Community remains a welcoming space, so occasionally topic content will be moderated. This means anything from the editing of some posts to temporary suspension or even account deactivation in case of repeated or severe violations of our guidelines. The Biztory Community team will determine the consequences on a case by case basis.

       

      Flag inappropriate content for review

      If you come across any violation of these guidelines, please notify us by forwarding the violation to the #community-moderation channel and let us know why you feel the content is inappropriate.

      If you have questions for Biztory that can't be discussed in the community, please email us at community@biztory.com.

      Additionally, by participating in this community, you grant Biztory permission to use any content in this forum for customer success, marketing, and other purposes Biztory considers appropriate.
