Am I committing to Doctor Credits by submitting the form?

No. All you're doing is requesting more information on one of the available packages and options. No strings attached.

How is the session conducted?

All sessions are 1:1, conducted in 50-minute time slots. It will take place virtually via Zoom, so you may join from anywhere in the world.

Can multiple people make use of the credits?

Yes, think of it as a team plan. You decide how many colleagues can request doctor support based on your available credits.

How often can I schedule sessions?

As many as you like in any week. Our doctor service is aimed to help you solve Tableau challenges fast, so no restrictions in the amount of sessions you can schedule per week.

How long are doctor credits valid for?

Credits are valid for 1 year. Unused credits can not be redeemed after.

Can I cancel doctor sessions once they're booked?

Yes. You can cancel a doctor session 4h up front and not lose your credit. If you cancel in less than 4h before the call was planned, that credit will be charged.
