What's your mission?


Quota carrying sales role focused on a handful of Strategic Accounts. You’ll aggressively expand our footprint within our most lucrative accounts, quarterbacking the consultants that make these accounts a success whilst finding new avenues for us to add value.

You’ll have an eye on building up new accounts for the future, identifying & nurturing those
that could blossom into Strategic Accounts going forward including looking at our less mature,
Modern Data Stack Vendor relationships.

You’ll be part of our diverse and enthusiastic team of account managers and data experts who take great pride in gaining knowledge and sharing this with our clients and the people in our team. On this job, you will...

  • Deliver revenue & margin, in line with Biztory UK Commercial Plan
  • Generate sustainable, commercial success with our most lucrative clients
  • Identify & nurture our next tranche of strategic accounts
  • Evaluate MDS Vendors as sources of strategic accounts
  • In collaboration with leadership, set UK strategy for our existing accounts

What are your responsibilities?


As a Core Account Executive, you have key responsibilities in the UK Sales Team and sales process. Working alongside operations, consultants and other people on the team, you're responsible for:

  • Executing on sold projects, upselling existing accounts & prospect new opportunities within them by delivering on plan.
  • Account plans for our biggest accounts, scaling whats worked with these to others and ensuring that our longtail are being serviced.
  • Understand gaps in our Account Management motions, before working with the rest of the team to set up a new approach that covers them. Act as a point of escalation on these topics & lead by example, sharing what's worked elsewhere.
  • Work referrals in the accounts that love us, aligning with current champions goals and creating sustainable retainer style offerings.

With our UK team of 25+ consultants we are part of an international team of 100+ consultants active in 4 regions in Europe with clients across the globe.

Our standard communication is in English and we service over 500 customers in Europe alone and this across different industries. We have a great team vibe and like to play hard whenever possible.

02. Intro Conversation

In this conversation we'll properly introduce ourselves, the company and the job. We’ll talk about your expectations in this position and why Biztory would be a good fit for you

03. Sales Interview

This is a peer to peer session where you'll meet the people you'd share a team with, they'll zoom into your sales credentials, skills & style to check how you'd fit in our team. It's also your opportunity to ask more questions about the role & life in the Sales Team more broadly.

04. Strategy Session
With a panel of leaders from the Biztory team we'll ask you to talk through how you'd attack some of the biggest challenges we face as an organisation. We'll be checking how you problem solve, collaborate with others & communicate your point of view
05. Offer

When both of us at this point are still convinced it’s a match we’ll make you a financial offer. We’ll discuss conditions and practicals. After this your career at Biztory starts
