Biztory In-Person Training Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

This policy is made by Biztory Group on behalf of all entities under it.

In-person Trainings


Cancellations & Reschedules

Biztory in-person training cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the first day of class to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations after that are subject to a fee as detailed below:

  • more than 30 calendar days notice – 0%
  • 30 – 14 calendar days notice – 50%
  • less than 14 calendar days and same-day cancellation or no-show – 100%

To cancel an in-person training, please contact your Biztory Account Manager, or submit a case to request a cancellation or reschedule for your registration.

 

Cancellations by Biztory

Biztory reserves the right to cancel any learning event due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.

In the event of cancellation by Biztory:

  • You may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(es)
  • Biztory will not be responsible for non-refundable transportation, lodging, or other costs related to a cancelled class.
  • If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, (e.g. weather, natural disaster), you are entitled to a credit equal to your purchase amount to be used towards a Biztory Instructor-Led Training within three months of the original start date of your learning event. You will receive an email from us letting you know your class has been canceled.
